A partnership with Covenant International begins with writing a covenant together. We have certain elements of a partnership that are non-negotiable and we want to hear from a potential partner what their non-negotiable items are. We both contribute to this document as well as commit to contributing in finances, manual labor and prayer.

There is no “us” and “them” and our common ground is Biblical. In partnership we all agree to the following:

• Restoring Mercifully Colossians 3:12-14

• Identity in Christ I Peter 2:9-10

• Presence of the Holy Spirit I Corinthians 12:7-11

• Love One Another Exodus 35:30-34, Jeremiah 32:38-40

• Respect Authority Romans 13:1

• Speak Graciously I Corinthians 4:1-5

• Submit to One Another Galatians 5:13-15

 

Partnership is not easy but we believe God cares more about the journey, about our relationships with Him and others, than He does about a project goal. He will get us there but how we go about getting there matters.

 

A partnership is around the duration of accomplishing one goal and two years of accountability and support. The goal to accomplish will also be agreed upon before we fully commit to our partner.
